Upon completion of construction of a residential dwelling on any Unit, the Co-Owner shall cause the Unit to be finish graded, sodded, irrigated and suitably landscaped as soon after such completion of construction as weather permits, and in any event within ninety (90) days from the date of completion, or such longer period of time as may be necessary due to seasonal weather conditions. Suitable landscape shall consist of the required sod in addition to an adequate number of perennial flowers and shrubs/trees as to fill the landscaping bed(s) along the front wall of the Unit. b. All plants, shrubs, and decorative grasses must be contained within a mulched bed and located adjacent to the home. Plants, shrubs, decorative grasses etc. may not be placed in the center of a yard. No plants, shrubs, decorative grass or trees shall be planted within 5 feet of the property line and may not be installed in such a fashion as to be used in place of a fence or portions of a fence.

同样的policy，之前的director是个中国人，大家相安无事。
这个新来的白人女的上来就找事。
买几盆打折的花木糊弄一下。但最好是多年生的。省的来年麻烦
对喜欢园艺的根本就不是事情。花花草草的挺好看，照顾它们是很健康的打发时间的活动。

院子不好看就跟屁股不干净一样难受。
不愿意种草就铺点石头。生活不只是吃饱了
不饿，传宗接代，自己家的院子不愿意搞，
那就卖房去住APARTMENT好了

草皮已经铺过了，连同sprinkler包括在建房费用里面。
我个人喜欢干干净净全是草坪。
HOA要求是必须种花，前门旁边餐厅的窗户下面不能是草地，需要铲掉改花。
我觉得HOA监督违建，住户不能随便加东西晾晒衣物等等这没问题。
但不能强迫住户加景观啊。
更年期白女是最惹不起的一群人。
