厚着脸皮来问问找工作的事情

准备从火坑公司辞职了，下家已经找好。

行业原因，有一年左右的noncompete，下家愿意等，但是身份问题很麻烦。我目前是
H1b，EB2 140刚批。由于有noncompete，现在有两条路可以走。

（1）转其他身份，比如H4（没有EAD），然后等到noncompete要到时间了再转回H1b。

（2）找行业外的工作，保持H1b，noncompete到期之后再辞职去现在找好的下家。

本来我是打算选（1）的，正好趁机学点新东西。可是现在发现身份真的很麻烦，律师
说境内转H4的处理时间超过十个月，另外各类签证现在也有backlog，即使出境办签证
，也需要花很长的时间。最后很可能，H1转H4再转回H1的时间，会超过noncompete的时间。

所以，身份问题的最优解，是转行找能sponsor H1b的工作。然而，我只有不到两个月
的时间，感觉难度很大，并且，我觉得这么干好像很对不起作为跳板的那家公司。。。

厚着脸皮来问问大家有什么去处推荐。（我都有点想去面一下ICC了，毕竟相互利用没
有心理负担。。）

老实说，在现在这家公司没练到啥过硬的技术，C/C++、python、data analysis这些，平时都用，但是都不算精通，有些东西我自觉没脸写到简历上。。

搬去加州，宣布为加州居民，一切non compete作废。可以在加州远程工作吗？

当初李开复离开微软去谷歌就是这么操作的。可能不住加州也可以，就是要有一个地址，交州税？
