1 Single-family detached homes shall provide a designated location for the storage of garbage, recycling, and other waste containers. 大概几个月前搬来一家美国邻居。这家和我家正好是丁字型位置。就是这家的车库右侧正
对我家库门。 这邻居有个奇怪的地方， 就是喜欢把垃圾桶正对着我家的车库。他家另一侧有地方放垃圾桶却不去放。 和他家女主人说过一次， 女主人很客气， 说会和男

， 他家马上就不放了。 没过多久， 警察邻居搬家卖房了。 美国邻居又故伎重演，又把垃圾桶正对着我家的车库。 这次我就直接把他的垃圾桶拖到路边去了， 结果他家又把垃圾桶拖回来正对着我家的车库。 那我就只好去上门和他沟通了。 结果按门铃，他就是不开门。按了四次， rings的门铃。 最后两次，他在里面直接把门铃声给掐了。 是不是又点奇怪啊？这样做除了大家不高兴，他家又啥好处呢？他家搬来前的前一家人家从来没有这样过。 这也不能去那里告他们吧。

从示意图上 你车库门跟 邻居垃圾桶摆放，没有看出什么有明显冲突的地方。他把垃圾桶摆放在他们自家的property， 你觉得碍眼，但是人家想摆哪里就摆哪里。而且一周
只有某一天才是垃圾日。

HOA有这方面的规定吗？要是没有的话，只看楼主的示意图，似乎没有放到path上，影
响到你们出入车库。如果只是单纯看着不舒服，这个估计比较难处理。
要是不臭就算了吧. 你要真想对着干，就在garage摆一个长相恐怖的小丑，要真人大
小，正对着它的垃圾桶，最好眼睛上装上红色的灯，要保证对方每次来扔辣鸡都能看见
