Sammamish is unique in the eastside that Sammmish does not house much of the poor along with top rated schools. Few of these non- poor community left, not even Bellevue can claim it. Sammamish schools have next to none food assistance need.
Issaquah old-downtown is reviving and Sammamish town-center is currently under construction and taking shape. They are already drawing lots of buyers. Sammamish shoppers having to leave the plateau could soon be a time in the past.
The affluence of Sammamish is the magnate to draw the riches together. That is demanding a high premium, or else you live amongst the poor.

Seattle will be next Vancouver if this trend continue. It could be good or bad thing. Limited supply and inflow of population. But one question you should ask youself, buy according to you need and budget. Bellevue is more like a Chinese city, for me, why would I come to NA the 1st place?

对,亚麻在继续招人,可是大家的工资又没有大涨,只是市场上的购买人数增加了,购买力并没有增强。
所以,东区的房价涨到一定程度就不会在大幅上涨了。
然后,越来越多购买力不俗的人,买不起东区的房子,就自然而然的开始北移,于是
Bothell一带就成了两三年前的东区,开始猛涨,成为下一个爆点,搞不好五年翻倍。
诚然,西雅图的格局就是东区最好,湖北是边缘一些的地带,我们这里只是讨论未来五年的涨幅大小,不讨论绝对值。
再说90号堵车比405好多了

接成一个完整的居民区。现在政府疯狂批地在周围搞建设,一旦空地占完形成大的体系后价格也将不复以往。

城市中心之一。按照金县的新高密度城市中心规划还是BRK和Issaquah。BRK还是中心。现在是边缘开始补涨,Sammamish,issaquah都抢疯了。以后西雅图地区的中心轴线就

,性价比高。去Seattle downtown上班得走5号,rush hour从northgate开始太堵太堵
,连carpool也难逃。如果没有traffic,不用踩点上下班,98012去Seattle downtown
大概就30多分钟,去Bellevue downtown走405大概20多分钟,有traffic时间无限延长
。Seattle downtown上下班时间从任何一个方向去的高速都堵,所以就住那儿附近不需要走高速最好。当然有实力的话可以计划城里一个小公寓城外一个大豪斯,已见好几个老中老印这样搞了。
Bellevue出租房的也住奢糜糜。仿佛Medina买不起似的;不少国内做生意的,估计都不是码公能比的。
住不起奢糜糜的多了去了, 苦逼的小黑屋当然不如奢糜糜大耗子好。咬牙还背着一身债的,当然日子也过不好。
改变市场的核心和外围的划分,何况轻轨要25年,哈哈。

买Bothell赌的是Redmondissaquah不发展。把belred520 沿线填上高楼,看得更清楚些
没看出从Issaquah到redmond/520比bothell方便
生活也很不方便,买个东西要上高速。
bothell和Issaquah的中学和高中都还不错。难道到高中还要换房吗?
在newport high学区面前,都要跪!
本还是美国白人的地盘。平均收入高,西雅图都是左派,Bellevue 都是土中。
