I am talking about EO can be stopped by Court Injunction.
Many Executive orders are challenged in the court because it must pass constitution test. US law (or EO) cannot be conflicted with US constitution. It can be stopped by Court Injunction before EO can be executed.
For example, Trump tried to do Muslim ban with EO, but his EO order was stopped before EO was executed by the Court Injunction. His government has to rewrite the EO several times before EO. So it took almost two years before EO Muslim Ban was enacted.
It is very likely (I guess we should know by tomorrow) this EO will be stopped by Court Injunction which a group of California users tried to challenge.
Also EO is only valid while President is still in office. If Trump is out of office in two months, his EO can be withdraw by next president.

Many Executive orders are challenged in the court because it must pass
