礼品卡的手续费也不低啊。每张500的也要6刀。
有过免费的机会，不过不多。
比如以前 T-mobile prepaid 的充值，会返回激活费用，以前local randalls
还允许用 GC 买充值卡，而 randalls 卡可以在 OM 里面用 ink 买
