Chase ink Business

申请Chase Business Card，随便填了个business name (是否应当填本人姓名？），
tax ID填了 SSN,没当即批，刚收到邮件要求补充一下材料：

1. proof of legal name for business
2. proof of physical address for business.

请教该怎么应对。

应该用本人名字

打电话reconsider一下，别提改名字，可能会被问很多关于business 的具体问题，网

基本没戏，要文件证明的，我9615朋友只写了first name 没写last name都被拒了
