II. 东欧人
不说他们以前如何. 东欧人比较崇拜力量而

要是真被砍(目前看来不会,反而应该被增加),他们才是
老中最好短期的盟友. 日久见人心, 长期的朋友
得靠很多磨合.

特别是本民族的institution building F.喜欢留后路
你要是觉得,他们对你不公平,歧视啥的.
你1. 淡定 .2要据理力争 3. 告诉他们自相矛盾 4. 告诉他们
力量没有均衡(你和他是一方,这一方太弱),
5. 他们最爱的institution被打脸了.
6. 这样做burn bridge啦.
