Brookside Consultants Inc. and its employee IME physician Dr. Robert S. April can fabricate whatever they want. I will go for full counter-action to expose what Brookside, RSA, and the clinic Park Avenue Medical Professionals did on Nov. 08, 2019 and generated in a "medical report" I received today. Absolutely every possible meaningful detail will be mentioned. I hope the electronics and files will not run into difficulties again.
