The building has nice gym, free yoga classes and all the amenity services that you can image. The rent includes all the expenses except the electricity and cable. You also don't need to pay application fee, property insurance and gym fees. I already paid for the whole year. If you need, I can sell some furniture to you with low price.
The light rails is right downstairs. 5 mins walk to PATH grove street station. 2 mins walk to the water front. Very convenient.
