USCIS 找不到original perm 了不就是lost or misplaced 吗？
我们公司当时用F家的都是file的EB2 Amendment 降级的。
我就是在EB3绿的。当然当时EB2也是C的。
但是我也有个同事最后降级relink回EB2的 也是EB2 Amendment。
好像没看见谁的EB3最后因为Amendment不能relink back的.
