Jun/28/2020,收到 NBC mail,意思和congress office forward的内容一样,"Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action shortly" 信显示寄出的日期为Jun/19/2020
Jun/25/2020,congress office forward 我 reply from NBC: "We have reviewed these cases and updated the priority dates. Our records indicate that your constituents’ priority dates are now current. Generally, applications and petitions are processed in the order received, and the priority date on the underlying visa petition is used to determine an individual’s place in the visa queue. These cases will be worked in the order received, and once further action is taken, a notice will be sent to the address of record.
Please note, due to the high volume of visas now available, there are a large number of cases pending review at this time. Your constituents’ caseswill be reviewed as soon as possible."

Apr/27/2020, Attorney sent out duplicate relink request to NBC 律师寄出relink request到field office后我就天天查状态，结果查出来转到NBC了 虽然没收到transfer notice，我问tier 1，tier 1说有时候就是没transfer notice，但是在她的系统里显示case已经转NBC了
没办法，联系律师，再寄一份relink request到NBC

一开始我自己打电话问tier 2 case在哪里,tier 2说在field office
所以律师的第一次relink request寄给了filed office

面完后明明排期倒退，面试官却勾了第一项。
面的时候我还提醒面试官不C，可面试官查他查他的电脑，说current。我看不到他的电脑，也不知道他怎么查的，也不敢多说
面完后除了J approval，什么notice都没收到
transfer to NBC的notice也没
以至于后来我的律师写信relink都不知道是寄field office还是NBC
