I765被拒

我家是ead卡和AP的renew，5月底寄出，今天收到信说765被拒了，理由是：The
application/petion was filed on an outdated version of this form以及没有付费。

请问应该付多少钱呢？我和老公每个人$410，一共820？

左下角 日期是什么？12/26/19 是最新的

我的797C上的Eligibility Category: C09

我的765表格确实是老版，可为什么说我没缴费呢

我碰到类似问题，我是renew 3个combo卡，其中我的131被拒了，其他的都接受了。也
是说我表过期和没交费。律师说重新file一下，附上485 receipt notice

请问我重新file的时候需要把被拒的I-797C也交上去么？

还有，我renew的是combo，I-797c只说是拒了765，那我重新file的时候还用再提交131的材料么？还是只重新提交765的申请就可以？

不需要797 如果我 会把131 Form也交上去

只交131 form么？相片和护照复印件就不用交了是吧
