This is an I-485 transfer request. I am the beneficiary of this application and would like to request transfer my pending I-485(receipt#: ***) to an approved EB-x I-140 as the new underlying basis.
I have two approved I-140 petitions: EBx (receipt#: **) and EBxx (receipt#: **). My I-485 was originally filed based on the EBx and the last action taken on my case was "xxxxxxx". Based on the visa bulletin for MONTH/2020, my priority date **/**/**** has become CURRENT now under the category of EBxx for China-mainland born applicants. Therefore, I’d like to request to transfer my pending I-485 to the approved EB-xx I-140 for immediate processing.
请问楼主，我通过out of processing time选项做relink SR. 提交后出现“your application is within processing time. An inquiry may not be created." 貌似 系统并不知道我是relink request。请问你遇到过这个问题吗？

140我办了两个，公司一个EB3,自己一个NIW（用Wegreened办的，很推荐，回复及时,帮写推荐信），最后还是3类跑的快。有条件的话还是弄两个类别的140，因为说不准哪个快。
几个折磨的时间点：1. 指纹信等了4个月！康宝批了不发卡，等打了指纹后很快就制卡了。打了485 指纹后，很快RTS了。2. 面试坐标底特律，碰到黑大妈，挑我家LD 英文
不好，来了二进宫带翻译，弄得LD心情低落了一阵。
Relink：就是用的本版置顶的攻略，只做了网上的SR，本不报太大希望，又碰上床铺的EO,担心了一下。没想到两周批了。
来美13年，不容易。也祝福本版的网友快快拿到！

Niw当时交表的时候应该没有交j表吧。
对，NIW时候没有交J表
RELINK也没有要J表
