看来是会免掉一些面试，前两天看到版上有人爆绿，去问了律师，律师说见到一些例子，还不确定是否会全面这么做。至少是不止一个例子了。USCIS也需要在财年结束之前
发完卡吧。如果面试都堆积到后面，可能会发不完卡。
