Scheduling an interview has nothing to do with whether your PD is current or not.
Just go to the interview as scheduled. Your PD won't be current at your interview time, so your case will be transferred to NBC to wait for current. End of 2016 PD for EB2 will likely be current in fiscal year 2021.

2016年年底的PD
去年大倒退之前刚好排期到了，8月交的485
结果就大倒退了，以为要一直等到排期重新到2016年年底了。
结果意外的发现，被排了interview了。。。。
请问，这个意味着什么？如果interview以后，被approve了，是不是很快就能拿到卡了？
或者，还要继续等很久，等到排期重新到2016年年底，才能拿卡

面试和排期是否C没有关系，去面就完了，排期不C只是不能当场绿。万一面试官是个糊涂蛋，给你来个case approve，那才是麻烦事
慢慢等吧，群里还有一票人2015-2016的排期都是面试完了等排期的，你是2016年底的
，按照现在的速度估计还要等2年

除非排期C了，否则面了也不会 case approve，状态要么变成 interview completed
and case must be reviewed，要么不变
只要面试过程顺利，没有发RFE什么的，就可以认为是面试过了，剩下就是专心等排期C
至于面试之后换工作，还是按照485 pending 180天的规则进行吧
