一开始我用的网上贷款，ivydirect，他家特简单，不事逼，不要你姓名就能给出rate
，我去年就是在他家做的，很方便。这周一，2.75， no cost，我觉得可以了，谁知道在他家申请的人太多，网上申请统一在下午1点，但我根本提交不了。
等了2天都递交不了申请，我有点急了，昨晚给elaina打电话，谁知道她给了2.625，只是交一点手续费，完全可以承受，昨晚10点就锁定利率了。

cost啥的跟贷款代理没有关系，都是银行出，代理费也是银行出，就跟老鼠会一样，我在cost的明细里看到，银行给代理总贷款额的0.5%作为报酬，大概2000多。
