求分享几个老中比较多的区域，稍微安静一点，购物方便，然后学区好一点的
看了几个区。River Oaks 价位高了点，应该无法afford，房源也少。sugar land 貌似有水淹问题，还有就是离市中心有点远
现在看的价位800k -1.5m 之间，离市中心开车30分钟之内，最好25分钟之内。

meadows 的小初高都不错 seven meadowhigh据说很不错的公立高中

Sugar Land 只是一小区域因为排水泵坏了被淹了一次，大部分区域在harvey时间并没

如果在woodland 买房，基本就是77381和77382. 77381 靠近45有一些2004-2013
年的房子。77382 靠西一些的房子有2004-2006年的。
我个人更喜欢Katy. 我在Katy已经住了快20年，生活方便，学校总体很好。不过小孩在学
校的竞争蛮厉害的。
Katy已经基本没有新房子了. 除非去cross creek ranch. It is
Fulshear city, but still Katy ISD, and there are some new
constructions.
