最近看文献，发现相关原始数据采集和分析的内容只出现在一个很老的硕士论文中。只有在UT-Austin的图书馆藏有改论文。我的问题是想了解论文中采集的温度和湿度是一
天某个时刻的数值，还是某个时段的平均值 （一天，或者一个月）。
