我现在完全不需要开车， 所以我这种情况也是必须60天内换驾照么？
另外，对于这种XX天内换驾照的法律规定，到底有多严格? 因为其他DMV也搞不清楚我
到底啥时候move过来的吧。。
一半来说，晚申请也没事，可能会多交点罚金，罚金约等于晚申请几个月省下来的申请费
