I submitted my first NIH R01 grant in last October and got good score. Right now it is on the "paylist" after council meeting. But It had been two months after my JIT document submission upon request and my eRA status is still "Pending administrative review". I sent email to PO to ask the status and was told that just be patient. I hope some experienced people can give me some advices on it. Is it normal for taking such long time for NoA? Anything I can do from my end?
Is it your R01 with a modular budget or not? Does it ask for more than 250K per year? Those with modular budgets get processed first. As far as I know, most of the institutes just start processing those grants (with council meeting in late May) that ask for more than 250K.

If it was reviewed in study section in June, most likely you will receive NOA in Dec.

It is a modular budget. Council reviewed in mid-June
Do you mean study section review or council review in Mar for your grant? My proposal was reviewed by study section in Mar and Council reviewed in mid- June. JIT submitted end of June.
