请教在美申英国签证问题

有几个疑问，想确认一下。先谢谢了

1 邮寄的时候，需要的是不是只有 1） 护照 2）盖章的预约信 3）checklist（签字）？打印的application全文还要寄过去吗？我看之前的人邮寄过的去，是不是新的流程
不要寄过去？

2 checklist 需要扫描之后网上upload吗？ upload的地方additional documents 下面写比如 checklist。可checklist 说是appointment之前不要签字。 那这里我要在
appointment之前上传没签字的checklist吗？

I mailed the checklist. I also include a prepaid return label.

Have you completed the fingerprint? What do you mean by appointment?

appointment说的就是fingerprint.
主要现在可以上传文件。所以我不确定checklist是要寄过去还是提前上传

但我比较谨慎，所以有些不需要的文件，我不仅上传了，还寄过去了。。。反正运一趟没啥差别，最后会退回来。

我不记得上传了checklist。appointment时候带去了好像也没干啥，我后来签了字寄过去。
