you may find more places, like arlington, wakefield etc.

可以考虑在Hamilton或者wenham,这两个town属于同一学区，学区排名麻州20-30，有
commute 站点，进城很方便，到danvers开车十几分钟。房价大概$230-250/sqf,唯一的问题是这边新房较少，老房子较多，看你预算多少了。至于andover, 学区一般，但是
如果将来计划上philip私立学校的话，那就另说了。

Andover 学区一般，但是有顶级私立学校Philip,如果计划入读此私立学校，那就可以
定居此处哈。
建议考虑wenham或者hamilton,两个town同属于一个学区，排名麻州20-30左右，房价
230-250/sqf，有cummute到市区，开车15分钟左右到danvers,缺点是房子较老，新房子很少。
或者考虑 essex和manchester,属同一学区，排名麻州前十，Manchester房子都很贵，
但是essex还是有一些价格合适的房子，房源较少。
