那么有个疑问，现在地方法院不受理诉讼，那么要怎么才能开庭？既然证据要先开庭再出示，那么起诉的时候法院为啥说证据不足？这一堆大、小诉讼，到底哪个才是最关键的？

如果GA把选票都销毁了，最高法院判点票无效，那么整个州的选举结果会不会作废了？整个2020大选是不是就作废了？GA急忙销毁选票，这是在帮谁？
