-Work with packaging and shipping department to ensure that quality products are delivered to customers in a timely manner -Perform sample analysis routinely by NMR, HPLC and LC/MS. Perform other sample analyses internally and externally as needed. Provide analytical support daily to our synthetic chemistry and production activities -Review analytical data from internal chemists and outsourcing suppliers, and communicate with them to solve quality problems -Conduct customer complaint investigations, and OOS investigations, and compose investigation reports -Assist QC manager to establish Quality Management System for the company which include but not limited to quality policy, process flow charts and standard operation procedures. -Adhere to company Quality Control and Quality Assurance guidelines and procedures -Adhere to company safety guidelines and procedures.
