Tell the doctor you had Hepatitis B Vaccine 3-shot series when you were baby. You never requested the test and there is no point for the doctor to request it either.
Hepatitis B series is required for every child to enter elementary school in US and most of them had it by 9 months old. The doctor has no reason to request this unless you ask for.
You can report the issue to state medical board if they don't resolve it. But better still pay the charge if you care about credit history.

一直很健康从来没去过医院。去年夏天连续收到保险公司的信，让去做一个免费的健康年检。
秋天的时候随便找了个台湾人的家庭医生去，等了两个小时，填完卡差不多十分钟就体检完了。走人。
没想到三个月后收到Quest Diagnostics 的Bill，需要支付近一百的自付额度。
联系保险公司Anthem Blue Crossing、家庭医生、Quest，三家相互不管。感觉问题是
出在家庭医生那边不懂insurance policy, 里面Hepatis B算治疗检查。不算常规体检
。可是我去家庭医生那边时候要求做的是一年一次的免费体检，并填表。
这种情况下可以拒绝付款吗？
遇到这种情况没办法，根源是保险公司问题，以及医生从职责角度默认把你的健康需求排第一，钱第二；以及美国上百种保险，让每个医生把每个保险的具体报销细节都搞搞清楚是完全不现实的事情

谢谢哈。可是我没有那方面的毛病也没有让家庭医生做这方面的检查。可能这个order
就是疑问。

在美国，乙肝是计划免疫。但是世界其他地方并非如此。中国计划免疫比发达国家远得多，因此乙肝在中年人中也严重得多。
医生给亚洲人体检查乙肝，从医学专业角度没有任何问题。不要胡乱挑拨医患关系
说句难听点的，不去检查，谁知道在中国打的是不是假疫苗（不是故意黑中国，是中国自己都在报道假疫苗....）
