Title:Principal Scientist in oncology immunology Report Line:Director in oncology immunology Location: China, Suzhou Job responsibilities • Participate in and lead the development and evaluation of novel tumor immunotherapies;Especially in macrophage/dendritic cell /T cell activation and costimulation; • Design, lead, analyze and present immunological data, prove concepts and explain mechanisms; • Perform a variety of cell in vitro functional experiments, flow cytometry analysis, etc., to identify new targets, new drug molecules and signaling pathways in tumor immune response; Qualifications • Doctoral degree, working experience in immunology or oncology in academia or industry is preferred; • Have a good understanding of immunological principles and a strong innate immune background, especially in tumor-related macrophages and dendritic cells, and be familiar with the co-targeting therapy of bispecific antibodies, etc. • Solid immunological laboratory skills, including flow cytometry (8 + colors), cell line culture and primary cell purification, in vitro functional experiments, and in vivo disease models.Experience in antibody- dependent phagocytosis (ADCP) and antibody-dependent cytotoxicity (ADCC) is preferred;CRISPR experience in primary cells is preferred; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to present research results in intra-departmental and inter-departmental meetings;
