我注册美国亚马逊已经有差不多四年了， 当初是憧憬了一个美好的愿望，以为是最公 正的。从始至终没有做任何违法美亚规则的事，否则美亚早就封了我的账户。但是十一月十六号我收到一个不幸的消息，我的账户被关闭。里面有不到一千九百美元的礼品卡。都是我从淘宝购买的高于汇率的合法卡。 我的账户被关闭以后，我尝试多种方式联系亚马逊，发给我的电邮无法回复。在线客服通道被关闭。中国亚马逊永远都是我们管不了美国的事。我和美国亚马逊客服电话沟通了四次，每一次给我的借口和理由都不一样；先开始说是我的账户交易异常、会有专员联系我，结果撒谎，后来说不能证明我是账户的主人，会给我打电话。结果撒谎。再后来就是说礼品卡有问题。会找一个翻译给我打电话，结果就是发了一个邮件。 我在网上查询，发现从2015年开始，就有用户反映被美亚关闭账户，礼品卡被没收。整整五六年的时间，科技发展了无数倍，可是亚马逊这个问题还是解决不了，要顾客去承担风险。还是他们根本就不想解决。亚马逊就是告诉你礼品卡有问题，然后把这笔钱自己吞下。你去找卖家吧。然后让顾客去相信是你自己的问题，应该给亚马逊交学费。中国的电商哪个有胆子敢关闭顾客的账户，把顾客的钱自己贪污。但是在亚马逊，这样的事情绵延不绝。 为什么我说所谓的亚马逊礼品卡是黑卡是一个伪命题，我来给大家举一个简单的例 子，比如在十多年的中国，你买一个三大电信运营商的充值卡，你如果买到一个假卡你可能充值成功吗？根本不可能，你充值成功以后，过十几天然后告诉你你的充值卡有问题，我们把你的账户关闭，把你的钱全部归我自己了，我们可是很大的规格哦，有很专业的律师和健壮的保安。你想维权吗？这在中国可能发生吗？根本不可能。亚马逊有足够的技术可以杜绝所有的所谓黑礼品卡或者在你充值的时候知道你的礼品卡是否有问题而不与充值，或者干脆不要出售礼品卡，但是他们一方面在加大礼品卡的销售，另一面更加愉快的关闭顾客的账户，没收顾客的钱财。真是生财有道啊。这个事出在美国，其实我不担心，我不是相信美国人，而是相信美国的法律。 我之所以发出这个信息的目的，是我非常认同亚马逊老板杰夫·贝佐斯（Jeff Bezos）顾客至上的理念，希望亚马逊能在中国发扬光大，击败淘宝，京东，在我的影响下，我的周围已经有二十个人注册了美国亚马逊。但是我今天的遭遇，对他们造成了很大影响。为什么中国亚马逊2004年8月成立迄今为止已经16年的光阴，没有任何存在感？Jeff Bezos的经是好经，但是都被底下的歪嘴和尚念歪了。希望亚马逊高层能看到我的信息 。下大力整改。因为商场如战场，不进则退。亚马逊像现在这个情况，继续下去醉生梦死。一旦淘宝、京东、拼多多进军美国和国际市场。亚马逊关门可期。把顾客当傻子，以为自己是上帝。再见。亚马逊。 It has been almost four years since I signed up with Amazon.com account in the United States. At the beginning, I looked forward to having a good wish and thought ,which was the most fair treatment on earth . From the beginning to the end, I did not do anything that violated the rules of Meiya(which is Amazon.com in China's name or partner's name), otherwise Meiya would have closed my account a long time ago. However, on November 16th 2020, I received the unfortunate email notice that my account was closed. There is a gift card with the balance amount nearly one thousand nine hundred US dollars in the account. I bought this legal Amazon gift card from Taobao.com with a higher currency exchange rate.
After my Amazon.com account was closed, I tried various ways to contact Amazon, but the email I sent out responded back to me that this email could not be answered. The online customer service channel was closed. China's Amazon company(Meiya)'s answers always be something such as we can't control the United States Amazon. I have communicated with Amazon.com US customer service four times on the international phone calls, and each time I been given different excuses and reasons: first, Phone call Custom from Philiphs said that my account transaction was abnormal, and then 2nd time respond is that I couldn’t prove that I was the owner of the Amazon account, and then Represtentitive from PuertoRico said that there was a problem with the gift card I purchased.....
I checked online and found out that, since 2015, some users had reported that their Amazon accounts were closed by Meiya(which is Amazon Chinese company name or parnter's name) and the customs's account balance gift cards were confiscated. In the past five or six years, technology has developed countless times, but Amazon still cannot solve this problem, and the Amazon's customers are required to take risks by their own to purchase gift card. Or Maybe Amazon don't want to solve it at all. Amazon tells the Customer there is a problem with their account payment gift card, and then Amazon swallows the customer's money. And ask customer go to chase the customer's lose from the seller who sell the customer's gift card. Amazon make customers believe that is the customer's own problem and should pay Amazon tuition. In case any Chinese e-commerce company has the courage to close customer accounts and embezzle customers’ money, they will have trouble. But for Amazon, this kind of thing keep happening and looks like it's endless.
Why do I say that the so-called Amazon gift card is a fake card is a false proposition. Let me give you a simple example. For example, in China for more than ten years, if you buy a rechargable payment card from three major telecom operators, if you bought a fake payment card, can you recharge a fake card successfully? It’s impossible! After you recharged the payment card successfully, after more than ten days, then you been told that there is a problem with your recharged card. They will close your account and take all your money away. They also will show you that they have very large specifications, Professional attorneys and strong security guards. etc.. Do you want to defend your legal rights? Is this possible happened in China? NO, Totally impossible! Amazon has enough technology to put an end to all these so-called fake gift cards or knowing if your gift card is defective when you recharge it and do not recharge it. Why can't Amazon just simply stop selling gift cards any more? However, one hand they are increasing the sales amount of the gift cards; On the other hand, they are more pleasant to close the customer’s account and confiscate the customer’s money. It's a awful way of making money, isn't it? This kind of Amazon cheating customers events happened in the United States. Actually, I am not worried, not beacause I do believe in Americans, but I am believing in the American law!
The reason why I send this message is that I very much agree with the views of the Amazon's boss --Jeff Bezos. which is, customer first! I hope Amazon can carry forward in China and defeat Taobao and JD.com. Under my influence, twenty people around me have signed up for Amazon.com accounts. But my personal experience today will have a great impact on them .
Since the establishment year of Amazon in China in August 2004 , in the past 16 years, why has there been no sense of The Amazon existence? Jeff Bezos's scriptures are good scriptures, but they are all distorted by the monk's crooked mouth,which is the follower's not 100% fullfill Jeff Bezos's view. I hope Amazon executives can see my message. and make great efforts to rectify and reform. Because doing business are exactly same as fighting in the battlefields.
