The US Supreme Court dismissed the Texas election lawsuit with no dissent.
The statement Justices Alito issued, with Justice Thomas joining, only expresses his view in the "original jurisdiction", NOT a dissenting vote, see Arizona v. California, 589 U.S. ___ (2020) (Thomas J. dissenting).
In Arizona v. California, 589, the case was also dismissed, with Justice Thomas dissenting that was clearly stated in the Supreme Court decision, and Justice Thomas also gave his reason why he did not agree to dismiss the case.
But in the Texas case, there is NO dissenting, or at least no public dissenting, stated in the Supreme Court decision.
So, it is a unanimous 9:0 decision to dismiss the Texas case.
