今天发现限速了，从15m变成.27m....
我在超市和家里都发觉了，确实限在0.27m左右，一开始用测速软件直上7mbps，但马上限在0.2x mbps左右。
受影响的plan包括 free mad plan， research based ad plan （就是那个10GB到16GB的plan），这两个plan本来就明说speed会throttle without notice， 但我再测另一
个普通的ad plan同样如此。
实际用起来连查邮件都难。
rp我平时用来测试外极少用，印象中从没遇过限速如此厉害。
希望有用付费mad plan和付费ad plan的版友上来更新一下，如果都有问题那只能说明
是rp的server暂时出现问题。
这次经历大家学到什么呢？
答案：对于用全网通的同学，出门一定要带上两只（是两只，以防另一只失灵）自由豹
防身。

现在大数据research ad plan速度已全面恢复
但是，free mad plan还是限速在0.3mbps，我认为这是ringplus的一次较大规模的测试
而已，最终会恢复速度，不过这种测试今后会不时发生without notice。
rp这种行为已经对广大用户造成极大的心灵创伤。10/22/2016,历史永远记住这一天，

普通free ad plan： 昨天已恢复，今天多次测速竟然创了记录36m down，10m up，以
前最快也不过20m.
research free ad plan： 昨晚恢复，今天又再次限速在0.3m， 非常后悔upgrade了这个plan。
free mad plan：一直限速0.3m至今
mad bbq的确上下行都不到0.5，但我试了freedompop也一样…
你的“试了freedompop也一样": 是指freedompop global sim还是freeodmpop的
sprint plan？
update: 好吧，乌龙了，server没选对，换了server，sim card网速正常
看来真是r+下手了啊，难道是让大家转到新的free mad? 不知道新出的这个mad plan有没有限速
是rp的server暂时出现问题。
ping一点不高： 你要用“open signal”这个app去测，不要用speedtest，我多次测得都是70ms左右。 download基本限在0.3mbps以内，但upload是0.7mbps
以用open signal，刚才连上了，试了几个州（MO，IL，KY），ping都是80ms左右，但
download仍然限在0.3mbps以内，upload类似。
普通ad plan速度已完全恢复
free mad plan和 research ad plan （10GB plan）仍然限速在0.3mbps内
太过了，哪怕限到3g的速度，下载能有1兆也好啊。

只提及“speed variation”，而不是“throttle”。

用的是“speed throttles“。 但其实tm的本质都一样。
还有“限制到128k”可有时限还是永久性？

留下来一个AD PLAN
估计sprint直线语音比较贵，所以R+就砍数据省钱了
看来是彻底限了 看个网页收个邮件发个微信之外 干不了啥了
回头我得测测我的moto-e
上下行都是256了
如果给我降级到200分钟，1GB全速数据，然后256K限速，我觉得可以接受。
如果是前者，无所谓，普通music streaming也应付得过来。
Edge: 120Kbps ~ 384Kbps
3G: 384Kbps ~ 2Mbps
LTE: 3Mbps ~ 10Mbps
是说限度到Edge一个水平了么？
