Yes, that will work. But I recommend to use chat service, when activating/ transferring #/balance. Confirm the current balance before activation. After activating, confirm the new balance is correct. You have a entire chat history for proof, if something goes wrong.

另一种方案就是自己refer自己激活成新线，两边拿到的点数加起来也不少了
不需要新线啊，
主要是新线的 text data 流量好像也没法转到老线上

这人说是可以的。。。一年快到了 unlock 之后再叠加 BYOD SIM
还有一个前提是 unlocked Verizon phone 也不能直接叠加，要找一个废的 IMEI 中转。

或者如果有别的 GSM 手机，买个 T-mobile 或者 ATT 的 Tracfone SIM，
一年到期时 unlock verizon phone，转号激活这个 GSM SIM，所有账号信息应该一起
转过去叠加了，旧的 verizon 手机应该就停用了，然后可以再转号激活旧的 verizon SIM 和手机。
