初始账号包括sim card一次性费用$25,寄给你的sim card已经有一个OREGON 503起始的电话号码。
对号码有要求的，之后可以port in你的电话号码，最后也可以port out带走。但是每
次会产生$25额外费用。建议自己的号码进google voice，call forward就行了。避免
浪费你自己的金钱和时间以后折腾。
计划是用我的信用申请的Post-paid计划，
不想每月转帐折腾的时间宝贵的同学还是建议一次付到年底，哈哈。尊重部分同学想每月付费想法，规则放宽为提前多预付一个月每月付也行,截止日期是每月第一天。比如1月1日付2月的费用，2月1日付3月的费用。如果退出提前一个月告诉我。
