Do not need to go to ER, my personal experience. It is normal unless the fever last more than 2 days.
Put baby in lukewarm water (not cool but not very warm), wet his body and hair, it would help.
Call the nurseline first prior to ER, nurses are so experienced, ER treatment is a nightmare, long wait, then might not have PED, then check temp and all stuff every 30 minutes, very stressful for both parents and baby, home care is better...........if you have to go ER, bring your breastpump with you.

12-17lbs : take 0.8mL every 4 hours
17-23lbs : take 1.2mL every 4 hours
物理降温了没？
