这个我没做过研究,就是听身边有几个中学就参加田径队的朋友,一直说: treadmill are the worst.
你可以尝试快跑完的时候冲刺几分钟,体会一下速度,很爽!
或者interval。快跑一会儿,累了就缓一缓,然后再快跑。

interval加速心跳,能量消耗大。缓下来的时候,能量消耗没有一下子减少,而是慢慢减少。
所以运动后还会有一阵子能量消耗比平时大。
但是听说游泳之后,没有这个效果。
