我一周长了７磅多，被OB直接约了营养师了。 This is way too much of a growth. If you gain weight too quickly, you might have problem delivering the baby if the baby is too big.

我们喜欢吃馄饨。肉末，速冻的荠菜切切碎，剥了皮的虾切切，放点姜末；葱切碎，滚烫的油爆香，和前面的材料和在一起，放冰箱里冷藏至少30分钟。吃的时候拿出来包就好了，很快的。剩下的馅子还能做一顿豆腐羹。

Did not get any sample today. Because of the low water level i am hospitalized for iv. If the water comes back to normal ,baby and I will be ok, otherwise I will have to deliver the baby soon. Sorry for the english input, sent by iphone.
