The breastshield size is so important, MM should try different sizes to get the best output. My LC consultants told me that Asian women's nipple & sorrounding areas are larger (believe it or not, it is true) than Western peers. so the nipples sometimes were sucked too much inside the tube area and then you never get your breast emptied I just found this out and have to pull my breast /adjusted it by hands so that the sucking power works. I had my breastmilk pumped 20% more by doing this and totally empty my breast. 为什么nipple大反而吸进去的多呢？ 我觉得我的就不大,于是买了21mm的,好象没什么改善,难道我应该买27的？
