Just find this " The automatic renewal provisions in the Amazon Prime Terms & Conditions (which would require you to pay for Amazon Prime) do not apply to this membership, even if we decide to extend the free Amazon Prime shipping offer beyond one year. " seems that there is no auto renew for this membership.

原来这样啊，我还没加入，以前有free3个月时，要自己去账户里取消自动延续的
