本人情况:
7月刚生宝宝。。。现在体重142 lbs。。。
体重比孕前增长了36磅,现在虽然已经自然减了一些,但是还是希望到年底一共可以减到115lbs。。。
但是因为还在母乳,不能控制饮食,也不知道这个目标现实不。

计划:
8月份,还是以少量运动为主,比如散步等。。。
9月份如果医生允许,再恢复正常锻炼,一周3-4次,集中腹部和胸部锻炼

8月锻炼总结

出了月子开始轻微锻炼,基本以走路为主。出了月子后,锻炼10次。
月初体重:142 lbs --月末体重:136 lbs (减了6磅

     运动项目:考虑到还在nursing,没有太激烈的cardio 运动。主要想靠快走,abs, 少量wt,再加去gym上yogo 或者pilate的课。

我现在体重105磅,比孕前重4-5磅,但是腰腹松弛,胳膊也有变粗的迹象,运动目的是把这两部分练紧实,体重无所谓。
先做个计划慢慢来
