On 07/21/2008, the application was approved, status was valid from 05/19/2008.On the attachment of form 1023, response to Part IX, the largest expenses of the Foundation was “Grants and Gifts to provide relief in China”, the total amount was 475,000. However, the Foundation did not contributed any fund to the disaster area in China. In March 2010, this situation was confirmed by interrelated institutions of Chinese government.As of on 2008 Form 990-EZ Zill prepared, the total revenue is 45,471, total expenses is 5,755 and the net assets is 39,716. As of on 2009 Form 990-N, both asset amount and income amount are 0.Obviously, the information of 1023 form and 990 forms is absolutely inconsistent. The Foundation refused firmly to show any audit reports to clarify public suspicion.I suppose Zill has already abused her power by preparing false tax documents, and hope you can conduct investigation soon, thank you. Dear Platinum Guild International:
I am writing to ask your company to terminate the contract with spokeswoman Ziyi Zhang immediately.
Your multiyear spokeswoman Chinese actress Ziyi Zhang was suspected of embezzling disaster relief fund for the victims of China earthquake in May 2008. In 2008 Ziyi Zhang conducted at least 4 solicitation events in both France and the States right after the China earthquake. According to her own claims and press release, she raised about 1 million dollars relief fund for Ziyi Zhang Foundation (CA FEIN 262637316). Ironically, on tax return form 990-EZ 2008 of the Foundation, the total revenue is merely $45,471, and none of the fund has been contributed to the disaster area. Furthermore, Ziyi Zhang Foundation was also found infringing charity laws.
The scandal was a riot in China when it's first exposed by a famous public forum in January 2010. Soon after the suspected crime has been reported to IRS, FBI, Department of Homeland security, and Attorney Generals, on 03/25/2010, FBI responded to one of the informers via email, indicating the case is already under evaluation (Please see the picture below). On the same day, informers in Washington DC got the verbal confirmation from FBI headquarter that FBI will investigate the case soon.
新版铂金投诉信(第二部分), by claretelysium and zhuishankuan: In order to avoid the punishment from IRS and FBI investigations about her violations of the charity laws, over 2 years after the earthquake, Ziyi Zhang recently claimed that her foundation would pledge $0.4 million to Care for Children Deyang project (CFC project). However, it is quickly revealed that the CFC project is not related to earthquake victims, which is again a violation of the bylaws of her foundation. Furthermore, this CFC organization is found NOT related to the authentic Care for Children/Art of Living Foundation, a partner of UNICEF, though they share the same name. There are other legal questions regarding to this CFC project as well.
Since 2008, Ziyi Zhang has received several charity awards to her questionable charity activities in France and US. As a result, she signed high-paid commercial contracts with several high-end brands including the Platinum Guild International. However, all these reputations and rewards are based on lies. Other brands such as Armani, Ferragamo, Omega, and Maybelline have already terminated or start terminating the contracts with Ziyi Zhang. To the customers’ disappointment, the Platinum Guild International keeps ignoring the public complaints.
Due to the public outcry about using a suspected criminal to present your brand, I strongly believe it's very urgent to terminate your contract with Ziyi Zhang. Otherwise, your reputation in the world of luxury goods will be hurt seriously. Actually tons of people are already boycotting your products in China, because your Chinese office ignored complaints.

On June 1 2010, Ziyi Zhang, along with her approved media reporters, went to visit an orphanage in Sczechuan province. With tears in her eyes, Ms. Zhang announced her intent to donate $400,000 to the orphanage. It is unknown where that $400,000 would be from. Now, it is just Ms. Zhang’s “kind” intention. What really made the public drop their jaws on Zhang’s June 1 2010 appearance, was that Omegawatch Ambassador Ziyi Zhang said, “I did not do anything wrong” and thus there was no point to apologize! Citizens in China are fed up with Ms. Ziyi Zhang’s shameful lies, arrogance and suspected embezzlement of charity fund. Many have vowed to boycott any product that Ms. Zhang represents and any movie that Ms. Zhang is a part of.

Ms. Zhang looked very sincere and serious when she said on a TV interview during Shanghai Film Festival in 2008 that she was to follow up with the Ministry of Internal Affairs to learn where and how the money she had raised overseas was used in Sczechuan province.

4）他们处理虚假不实新闻的依据是《报纸出版管理规定》的第26条。此条款对各类型的不实虚假新闻有具体的处理办法。有从登报更正到承担相应民事责任不等的处罚。
5）如果是实名，他们在转往相关部门和报社了解情况和提交处理意见时，会隐去投诉人的身份。 同时在有必要的情况下，也可能会向投诉人了解进一步的信息。

我觉得对每一个投诉项，投诉的电话信息太多了，让人有点无所是从。可不可以结合大家过去投诉的经验把适合北美同学投诉的用颜色字highlight？大家力量有限，要找最关键的地方使劲，不协调的话大家的努力太容易被稀释了。
嗯，可以先搬资料，然后再具体修改加工
还有就是律师楼还接受捐款吗？继续接受的话是不是应该把相关信息也搬过来？

有些知错就改的商家是不是应该及时澄清并删除啊？刚刚看到律师楼有投诉美宝莲的，在米国这边是不知道，难道国内还在用那个骗子？不是早就说撤换了吗？
还有就是律师楼还接受捐款吗？继续接受的话是不是应该把相关信息也搬过来？

“正规军”出手，电视广告打造国家形象
作为系统而持续的国家形象工程的重要一环，由国务院新闻办公室发起，并委托上海灵狮广告有限公司制作的《国家形象宣传片——人物篇》经过近半年多的筹备，近日在北京低调开拍。预计将会在今年9月与全世界观众见面。
据记者了解，这将是中国政府近年来第一次以电视广告的形式面对西方平民群体进行的国家形象宣传，无论是投入规模还是影响力，都将是空前的。据悉，此次的《国家形象宣传片》分为两个部分。一部分是30秒长度的电视广告片，即目前已经开拍的《人物篇》，将会在BBC、CNN等国际性媒体上播出，以“中国人”概念打造中国形象。另一部分是15分钟长度的短纪录片，将用于外事活动展示，力图从更多角度、更广阔的视野展示当代中国社会。
国家形象新创意，抛开外物只谈“人”

记者昨天了解到，国话今年将推出一系列令人瞩目的新举措。国话院长周志强透露，国话将与院里的200多名演员签订新的合同，国话东方影视公司将成为这些演员的“第一经纪人”，目前，章子怡等大牌明星都已和国话签订了该合同。此外，国话还将面向全社会招收演员，不会只从中戏招收演员。
据介绍，国话东方影视公司有望成为国内最牛的演员经纪公司，因为留在国话的演员都必须服从剧院管理，承认剧院的“第一经纪人”地位。以后，和国话签约的演员必须首先服从剧院工作的安排，办理和剧院有关的事情也必须亲自回到话剧院，不能让其在其他公司的经纪人到话剧院代办。周院长介绍说，章子怡主动打来电话询问了签合同的相关事宜。她很重视国话的工作安排。据悉，章子怡、孙红雷等大牌明星都已经和国话签订了该合同。

建议做个时间表，比如现在形象那个最紧急，可以全力先搞那个，然后在做其他，这样在第一页的2，或者3楼，实时更新投诉方向，可以集中火力，伤其十指不如短其一指。一个个的搞定比分散火力好。还有就是要趁热打铁，大家加油

章姓艺人的诈捐门，这半年来大家都已经很了解。-我觉得这里可以多说一点，还是解释一下比较好，
这个楼是让老ID有个点交换消息，但更重要的是给新tx普及zzy欺骗善款的恶行，吸引新鲜力量到追善款的队伍里来，所以在第一页应该简单扼要的交代一下诈捐门事件和我们追善款的主要进程和方式。花花妞来写几句吧，觉得你的文字最严谨客观。
还有下面的链接,建议把“花花妞善款楼”改成 something like “花花妞对zzy foundation账目做的详细研究”； “善款律师楼旧楼地址”改成something like “华人mm募捐请律师旧楼” etc， 把最主要的内容让陌生人也一目了然。
