I contacted the real global CFC(careforchildren.org) They established much earlier than Ms. Zhang Ziyi's CFC (careforchildren.com). It is customary that non-profit organization would use ".org" for their website, while "for-profit" organization would use ".com". CFC.org people thought the other ".com" CFC was a for profit company before my conversation with them. I asked why CFC.org would allow the other entity use the same name. The good and real "CARE-FOR-Children" told me that they actually contacted the other CFC a few times about changing their name to avoid confusion. They did not enforce it because they thought "care for children" was a good thing, regardless it is in India or China. In addition, CFC.org advised me that they were recently contacted by the state official in California to clarify their business relationship with CFC.com. I advised CFC.org that it could be from a potential tax fraud investigation in which the other CFC was involved. CFC.org told me that they would have their attorney to contact CFC.com to force them to change their name.
I called the CFC.com number many times in London and Chicago. However, no answer. Their voice greeting does not announce their organization name, which is unusual for any business phone. The CFC.com website does not provide any information about their organization structure. They do not appear to have any activities in the US and UK. I will update you what I learn from the State of IL about this mysterious CFC, whose ambassador is the thick faced Zhang ziyi. The truth may not be as glamorous as sohu has been broadcasting over the years...I do not even want to know the truth.It is disgusting to see people take advantage of the system and prey on others' sympathy.

以从前在国内执法的经验，我相当怀疑：
１）ＣＦＣ北京办事处直接接收海外基金的可操作性．否则那Ｘ独Ｘ独海外基金不是都可直接汇款直接操作了？审批过程很复杂耗时，不是她想随时都可打款的．是很久前就由ＺＺＹ基金，或联合ＣＦＣ北京办事处共同申请，还是近日开始突击申请？－－－可以看出她是否早就真心参与．
２）ＣＦＣ有限公司北京办事处是盈利性质的公司分部还是和ＵＫ的ＣＫＣ没有资金关联．北京工商局应有涉外机构的审批资料备份在外商办事处登记资料里．从网站上看不出和ＵＫ的ＣＦＣ有从属关系．工商登记中说他们只可起联络寄养孤残儿童事宜．办德阳中心是否是超范围经营？别迷信老外公司，有的老外只是传说．．．
３）德阳资源中心经何部门何时批准立项，是否为政府立项的灾后重建项目？从何渠道去监督ＣＦＣ北京办事处资金使用情况？如果ＺＺＹ基金有投入，ＣＦＣ北京分部交税务，工商部门的财务报表应显示出来．以后律师和执法部门都可去公开查询到的．－－－如果不是重建项目，４０万美金汇入就是挪用专款，如果中心开工后３周财务上无显示汇入资金，双方都要被再八一遍
先想到这些，有谁可以问问天涯的ＴＸ（我有ＩＤ，在北美发不出，５５５５５），可以核实多少？再揭一揭她和ＣＦＣ北京分部的底．．．

确实这个cfc并不是那个国际关爱儿童组织（careforchildre.org)，这个cfc仅在中国有业务，主要业务是办培训班，虽然其对外宣称关爱儿童组织，但真实全称是关爱儿童有限公司北京代表处，似乎盈利性企业，而且其网页上明写着只要交2。5万镑/年，即可作为其全球代言人出席各种宣传活动，但在诈捐门发生不久后，随即从网页上删除了这个交费做代言人的消息。
