1 (4-ounce)bar German's sweet baking chocolate ,melted and cooled
Preheat oven to 350.Spray 3(9-inch)cake pans with nonstick cooking spray with flour.
In a large bowl,beat butter and sugar at medium-high speed with an electric mixer until fluffy. add eggs, one at a time,beating well after each addition. add sour cream and vanilla,beating until combined.
In a medium bowl, combine flour,cocoa,baking soda,and salt.Gradually add to butter mixture,alternately with buttermilk,beginning and ending with flour mixture. Add melted chocolate,beating until combined. Spoon batter evenly into prepared pans,and bake for 18 to 22minutes. Let cool in pans for 10 minutes. remove from pans,and cool completely on wire racks. Spread two-thirds of coconut-pecan Filling evenly in between cake layers.place cake in freezer for at least 1hour. Spread chocolate Ganache Frosting evenly over top and sides of cake. spread remaining one-third coconut-pecan filling evenly over top of cake. Arrange pecan halves around top and bottom of cake, if desired. Store cake in refrigerator.
Coconut Pecan Filling:
1&1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1&1/2 cups sugat
5 egg yolks
6 tablespoons butter
2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
1&1/2 cups chopped toasted pecans
In a medium saucepan, combine cream,sugar, and egg yolks. Cook over medium-low heat, until sugar is dissolved and mixture coats the back of a spoon, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat, and add butter, coconut,and pecans, stirring until butter is melted. let stand until mixture reaches room temperature.
In a medium bowl, combine chopped chocolate,butter,and corn syrup. pour boiling cream over chocolate mixture. let stand for 1 minute. stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. chill for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until frosting is a spreadable consistency.
在美国的第N个春节了,虽然只能在电话的那端感受点春节的气氛,打到老家发小的电话里,偶尔还能听到炮仗的声音,真是让俺小激动了一番~~哎~什么时候才能回去过个大年,放个炮仗点个烟花阿~~
在吃的方面俺要整出个过年的样子来哈,基本上过年就是和要好的朋友凑一起刷火锅,再烧出几样拿手菜来,胡吃海聊的过大年拉~~~
作法:
1,把牛筋,牛腩放入锅里,加入水,黄酒,葱,姜,煮大概半个小时。
2,取出牛筋,牛腩切块备用,在锅里倒入少许油,煸香葱末,蒜末,放入红咖喱,辣椒酱炒香,倒入牛筋,牛腩,再加入水(末过牛筋腩),焖15分钟。
3,15分钟后倒入椰奶即可。
注:牛筋太硬了,建议只用牛楠。

作法:
1,水里放入几段葱白,姜片,花椒,料酒,盐,放入五花肉煮至8成熟,取出切片备用。
2,青蒜苗切段备用。
3,锅里倒入少许油加热,倒入肉片,加入少许豆瓣酱,豆豉(捣碎),加入泡椒,料酒,少许糖,泡姜,青蒜苗翻炒,出锅前加入少许鸡精。

吃火锅最重要的就是汤底拉,偶是先买来一堆的大骨头,洗干净后放大锅里加满水慢慢熬2,3个钟,等熬成鲜美的骨头汤后再倒入火锅里,加入火锅调料煮开,就可以开刷拉~~
