It stands to reason that the military units assigned to carry out the
most dangerous missions would
require their soldiers to be in the best shape. To get the soldiers in
that kind of shape, those units--the
U.S. Navy SEALs among them--would have to have the most effective and
innovative fitness programs.
The Navy SEAL Workout doesn't disappoint. The program will build
tremendous upper-body strength and
muscular endurance through a series of pull- ups (there are five
variations on this exercise), dips, and
push-ups (four variations). But that's the easy part of the program; the
advanced lower-body workout
includes an astounding 18 exercises for midsection muscles. (There are

versions of these workouts before you get to the advanced level.) And
you do all that before you run and
swim--the other two components in the SEAL program.

温莎普拉提在普拉提中是比较有名的,那个8 minute 一系列的也是效果不错的。那个减肥瑜伽也不错。还有就是那个pump it up和30 day shred了。还有很多没有加上去,我慢慢填坑~我这里还有boot camp的以及Shiva Rea的Core abs。基本上比较popular的我都会发。还有一些电子书待发~
温莎普拉提和8minute系列的我做过,减肥瑜伽也做过几次。pump it up和30 day shred版里有些mm在做,我还没试过。

这个workout我仍然很喜欢,有人说这个教练很做作,我觉得还好啦,不是太大牌的教练,所以大概面部表情啊肢体语言啊啥的大概缺乏经验,哈哈~
amazon上面有人说她的肚子有赘肉,尤其是四肢着地作动作的时候可以看出来,因此就觉得这个workout没用。为此我特意看了我下载的所有其他video,所有的教练都有些肉肉滴,而且很多都比她的严重,做前倾动作的时候都有褶子滴~女性健身教练,不是练健美的,很少有腹肌上完全零脂肪的。不过大部分review都是给的5星,我个人也觉得是很好的workout~
