I don't know how I feel about the executives compensation issue. On one hand, I do feel that a lot of them do not deserve what they are paid; but it is also an incentive for me to climb the corporate ladder. Bamboo/glass ceiling or not, it is a big motivator for me to strive to perform well at work.

if you think being a high performer regular employee is hard enough, try to be a high performer CEO... that is almost impossible unless you are 1) the founder 2) running a privately owned company with all support you can get.

i so know you will bring this up :P i dunno i just feel like those CEOs are way overpaid. they should not get hefty bonus by manipulating the numbers only....which is most of them are doing
