Our baby Sophie came on 2/3 night around 9:30pm. I was on pitocin and then the epidural when I was only 2 cm dilated since the contraction was too strong with te pitocin. I was hesitated at first but it turned out to be a good decision. With epidural, I completely opened up after 6 or 7 hours or so without any pain. But my pushing experience is kinda bad. It took me almost 2 hour (maybe hardwork only during the last 40 minutes). I couldn't feel the urge to push and used my energy on my face and my shoulder etc. and couldn't stop shaking. But finally with episiotomy (?), our little angel is here.
Sophie is 7 lb 1.1 ounce, so much different from my ob's ultrasound result. We've decided to have her earlier just because of the ultrasound result showed that she was only above 5 lb and may not get enough nutrients from the placenta. Now, it's a big relief and ultrasound result really is not that accurate.
Now I am in the sort of painful recovery process because of the swelling...... sleepless nights, lots of things to learn, etc.

前几天吃了5-6个荔枝和龙眼， 本来已经快干净的恶露突然又多了起来， 停掉这两样现在又正常了， 只有每次Pump完有一些spotting。
提醒大家生完吃的时候注意一下。

我妈还一直给我龙眼吃
我现在偶尔来不及Pump才胸喂， 昨天还突击培训了我爸用奶瓶喂， 我的自由时间多了很多。 不过快出月子了， 到时候白天就我和娃在家， 恐怕都没空pump. 而且我查到说pump时间和娃的饭点不一致， 漏奶会一直持续下去。
买了个avent热奶瓶的bottle warmer， 最快从冰箱出来的奶也要5分钟才能喝上。 娃第一时间喝不上就百爪挠心了， 我先offer他个灌汤奶香包， 小人百爪挠心的时候仿佛不是来吃奶的， 是来吃肉的， 第一，二口简直疼死了。 生前一直担心的乳头混淆问题根本不是问题， 这娃典型的有奶就是娘， 什么针管， 量杯， 奶瓶。。。只要能出奶的都来者不拒。要不怎么出生时候这么瘦， 饿死鬼投胎来的。

我爸妈来后，我爸做饭，我妈洗衣服。鞋都不让我自己拿着穿，惯得我~爸妈确实好啊。但是……
以前我和lg的内裤和袜子绝对分开洗，我妈总是放在一起洗，我看着不爽，要自己洗，还不许我自己分开洗也不让用洗衣机洗，说就那么点衣服……然后用肥皂一起手洗过所有衣服后还喜欢把所有衣服包括内衣外衣袜子都泡到浴缸里冲洗……要知道我们住的是租的房子，平时我和lg都是穿着拖鞋进浴缸淋浴的，我觉得浴缸很脏，但是我妈觉得她刚来我家的时候已经仔细洗过我家浴缸了，很干净……还喜欢把洗衣服的空盆暂时放在抽水马桶上，不是盖子上，是直接放在抽水马桶那个水上面的圈上。。。那个上面多脏啊。然后她要用盆了再把放在抽水马桶上的盆扔到泡在浴缸里的衣服的水上飘着，盛她涮洗挤干的衣服……
我爸是做饭的时候，摸了生肉的手再去拿碗盛菜盛饭，放了生肉的盘子就用冷水冲一下接着盛刚出锅的菜。家里我有一套张小泉的刀具，也跟他说了哪个刀是专门切肉的，哪个刀是切水果的，哪个刀是切蔬菜的，告诉他的时候说好，知道了，按你们的习惯来，结果真正做饭的时候还是按他的来……我和lg洗完都是直接用手和洗涤剂洗，不用抹布的，他们喜欢用抹布洗，但是那个抹布又是擦桌子又是擦水池子的，我觉得挺脏的……
然后委婉得又说了自己的意见，结果他们有点生气，说小时候养我也都是这么来的……
唉，卫生习惯不一样啊不一样，我已经睁一只眼闭一只眼了……但是有时候看到了心理还是别扭，虽说他们照顾我不容易。我说要自己来，他们又不让，还生气，觉得我嫌他们干活不干净……

贝贝今天的脐带掉了，也想知道是不是还要再养养才能碰水，里面还是有点儿黑乎乎的，软软的，都不敢碰。
昨天做了PKU检查，一切正常，PED说小后背长得特别好，想出了满月的孩子一样，体重也增长很快，差不多两天长了三两，小胖猪，饭量也越来越大了。
你整了多少个？现在是不是都用4OZ的？奶瓶要煮吗？我到现在才4个4OZ的。
好像至少有7个4oz的
还有一些8oz的

贝贝今天的脐带掉了，也想知道是不是还要再养养才能碰水，里面还是有点儿黑乎乎的，软软的，都不敢碰。

出院后就一直用腹带，腰现在2尺4，昨天称大概一周掉了16斤，离我的目标差远了。。。

我也没想过这么早用奶嘴，是住院的第二天我们晚上去育婴室看贝贝的时候发现嘴上放了一个，估计她总吭叽不好好睡觉，护士给上的，当时我还挺生气，可是回家发现还是挺管用的，尤其夜里喂完奶要睡不睡的时候，放上就安静了，乖乖睡了，但她总是自己给碰掉了，我就再给她放上，前两天都能自己用小手扶着了，能耐大了。等她完全睡着了，或者自己就松嘴了，或者我给她轻轻拿下来。
不过我还是希望能改掉她这个习惯，但是现在不敢改，因为夜里不想让她出声音，如果让奶奶听见了，可不得了，老人家白天累了一天了，不能夜里也总爬起来看着她吧。现在白天也是，不能让奶奶听见哭声，吭叽声，一听见就进来抱，我都没脾气了，呵呵！

我觉得直接用水龙头的流水洗就挺好的，唯一的担心是要控制好水温，因为水龙头有时候自己一下热一下凉的，尤其是别的房间在用水的时候。（小心别偏烫，尤其大人的手皮糙肉厚的感觉不到烫，宁愿偏凉也不要偏热。用手腕脉搏那里试试，想保险就用眼皮试试。。），不过大人用手撩着水洗也应该没事吧。

今天惹爸妈生气了……主要是生活卫生习惯很不一样。
我爸妈来后，我爸做饭，我妈洗衣服。鞋都不让我自己拿着穿，惯得我~爸妈确实好啊。但是……
以前我和lg的内裤和袜子绝对分开洗，我妈总是放在一起洗，我看着不爽，要自己洗，还不许我自己分开洗也不让用洗衣机洗，说就那么点衣服……然后用肥皂一起手洗过所有衣服后还喜欢把所有衣服包括内衣外衣袜子都泡到浴缸里冲洗……要知道我们住的是租的房子，平时我和lg都是穿着拖鞋进浴缸淋浴的，我觉得浴缸很脏，但是我妈觉得她刚来我家的时候已经仔细洗过我家浴缸了，很干净……还喜欢把洗衣服的空盆暂时放在抽水马桶上，不是盖子上，是直接放在抽水马桶那个水上面的圈上。。。那个上面多脏啊。然后她要用盆了再把放在抽水马桶上的盆扔到泡在浴缸里的衣服的水上飘着，盛她涮洗挤干的衣服……
我爸是做饭的时候，摸了生肉的手再去拿碗盛菜盛饭，放了生肉的盘子就用冷水冲一下接着盛刚出锅的菜。家里我有一套张小泉的刀具，也跟他说了哪个刀是专门切肉的，哪个刀是切水果的，哪个刀是切蔬菜的，告诉他的时候说好，知道了，按你们的习惯来，结果真正做饭的时候还是按他的来……我和lg洗完都是直接用手和洗涤剂洗，不用抹布的，他们喜欢用抹布洗，但是那个抹布又是擦桌子又是擦水池子的，我觉得挺脏的……
然后委婉得又说了自己的意见，结果他们有点生气，说小时候养我也都是这么来的……
唉，卫生习惯不一样啊不一样，我已经睁一只眼闭一只眼了……但是有时候看到了心理还是别扭，虽说他们照顾我不容易。我说要自己来，他们又不让，还生气，觉得我嫌他们干活不干净……
正常啦，睁眼闭眼吧，我爸妈还好，刚来一天，我妈就是昏睡～我爸给我们做了酒酿，还没开始洗衣服～

现在还在等待产奶，很frustrated, 妞妞胃口太大，我满足不了，都开始给formula。 加上下面现在还肿胀，还有痔疮，更是难受。做妈妈真是太辛苦了。

破水以后不上催产宫缩不一定会马上上来的。我那个时候破水以后已经拖了很久了，因为宝宝位置不正，还去看了b超，好在还是在24小时内c出来了。因为决定c所以没有上催产，但是从破水直到c之前，都只有非常小的宫缩，几乎没感觉，上了仪器才看到有非常小的宫缩。你们楼里的姐妹如果跟嘉伊熟，有电话的话，赶紧催她快去医院。
问大家一个问题哈，大家给小宝宝准备枕头了吗？就是那种中间有个洞的枕头，可以防止睡扁头，睡偏头的

hug hug. 培训父母的道路一向是曲折的。老人都固执，有时候说的好好的，回头还是老样子。尤其是他们对你说的不以为然地情况下。妹妹挑重点多说几次吧，争取把你实在不能容忍的改了。其他，等你生了，也不可能盯在他们后面说了，大约只好由他们去了。
这么少的水，上个贝贝睡前靓照，让俺亲家和阿姨们都回来灌水呀。。。

刚才在大厅看到亲家的帖子了, 不知道你现在是不是已经在医院了, 再把我的回复贴一遍:
亲家不要担心, 走路应该很有效的. 我看书上说, 有的医院是希望破水后12小时能有自然宫缩, 这样可以避免催产, 如果12小时还没有, 就会催产.

产如果用Pitocin, 据说是非常非常疼的, 因为比自然的宫缩要强烈的多, 所以一开始上催产素就要打Epidural,
但4指以前上Epidural 反而有可能造成开指缓慢, 导致催产不成功,就得剖腹了. 还有就是有的宝宝对催产素反应不佳,
心跳不稳定,所以也得剖腹.
注意观察胎动和羊水的状况, 要是不放心就去医院里面溜达吧

I was hesitated at first but it turned out to be a good decision. With epidural, I completely opened up after 6 or 7 hours or so without any pain. But my pushing experience is kinda bad. It took me almost 2 hour (maybe hardwork only during the last 40 minutes). I couldn't feel the urge to push and used my energy on my face and my shoulder etc. and couldn't stop shaking. But finally with episiotomy (?), our little angel is here.
Sophie is 7 lb 1.1 ounce, so much different from my ob's ultrasound result. We've decided to have her earlier just because of the ultrasound result showed that she was only above 5 lb and may not get enough nutrients from the placenta. Now, it's a big relief and ultrasound result really is not that accurate.
Now I am in the sort of painful recovery process because of the swelling...... sleepless nights, lots of things to learn, etc.

俺是在淘宝上买的，在这儿还没研究过哪里能买到。

终于开始有点奶了，但不知道妞妞每次有没有把那奶都吸光，是不是每次喂完都要pump干净，还是一天pump一次就够，还是不用管，顺其自然？
