As I mentioned before, I have been to Maomao's house before. Though it might be only 2500 sq foot, it actually looks much bigger. My agent told me that this is also her favorite floor plan since it has almost no wasted space. It is really a HaoZai, as all of you said. hehe. It is beautiful. I remembered that before I knew the house has accepted buyer, we were trying to decide between two houses. While the other house is much closer to my work and maybe closer to shopping, I told my hubby that only Maomao's house give me the WOW factor. So she is a lucky girl. hehe
