Both my 2 years daughter and I just didn't want to leave the house. Even though it is so far away from my work (23 miles) and I know it might take me more than an hour to commute to work, my husband and I wanted to give an offer. However, right after we told our agent about our thought, she came back to us that the bank stopped accepting offer. Now I know it is way too late. You guys are really lucky to have this house. I think you will enjoy it for many many years. Actually I think the house itself looks even better than the pictures. GXGX.

However, it took him about 45 minute to get there while his work is only 12 miles from the house. I am kind of scared about the daily commute. Besides, the other house is not as nice as the one you bought. So we decided to pass the subdivision. But anyway, I think you get a really sweet deal. That is a great house. I think your daughter will really love the level backyard. We have seen houses for about a year, it is one of the best we saw. We are looking for area which is not too far from your new house. Even though we might not be neighbors given the commute issue, I guess we will be not far away from each other. I think my daughter will be thrilled to have a playmate.

市价买的short sale的房子，还被银行在所谓approved price的基础上加过两次价。八千块，退税都被银行敲诈去了。
总算在forclosure 的 deadline几个小时前close了。
