If in NJ, the house would cost over 5M ! Don't think so. It would be around $1M for similar houses in NJ (9-10 rating county), within about 1 hour to downtown and 70-80 minutes to midtown NYC. It also depends on community and location. I like brick front better though.:) but overall, it's a nice house.

The seller is desperate to sell, and he got two offers at 1.3M 6 months ago but the buyers couldn't get loan approved, so cash offer means a lot to him. There are many offers higher than listing price and the seller didn't go with them. I don't know how much higher the other offers are, I was prepared to give a much higher offer. It's just the best timing for me.

如果摆在半岛的LAH, 根据地理位置和lot/view 的情况, 价格可以从2.5mil 到 3.5 mil不等, 当然上去的potential也很多. :)

We are not princeton. Commute to NYC is good, less than 1 hour. A lot of CEO buy houses in our town.

这些地方到NYC要多久?我记得从stamford到NYC快车都要40多分钟呢。
我是家庭主妇, 想到的比较无厘头的东西, 这房子买菜进出有点累, 距离遥远, 不过估计厨房就在车库那边吧, 不过可以老公抗重的。 这个做卫生也很头疼, 不过要是我买的起这么大的房子, 我会请人来帮忙做卫生的。。。我现在租个小小的2房的破公寓, 都觉的家务多, 虽然大部分老公干活。我实在不是个好主妇。
