不清楚楼主是在哪里，不过我有几个同事都是住在princeton那边。多数是或者全新或者基本新的房子（就是说几年前的全新房）。大概都是5千到6千尺。lot也很大。可以装游泳池。价格是小一百万。他们commute到华尔街地带的时间一个半小时吧（有时候会长点）。哪里据说学区巨好。

我看这个房子基本上是康州的。。。看内部的细节我猜这个房子在一个多米，north standford? westport? New cannon? wilton? ridgefield? 搞不好我们是邻居。

十分的学区，stamford可以排除了，呵呵。
靠，太牛了，真漂亮，花园还没弄呢就漂亮。原来在AURORA--离CHICAGO一个小时那OUTLET那地儿，这样的房子大概30几万！但那地儿什么什么都没有，乡下的乡下！在NYC附近就贵多了吧？！！！哎，买彩票去！中了大的，我才买得起这么漂亮的HOUSE啦
