今天早上打了一个小时的电话，被transfer过去transfer过来的，大部分representatives都还不知道这条线被cancel了。 我们的问题的是，如果是航空公司的问题，我们能不能ask for refund or any other options. 但是，最后得到的一个representative的答复的，除了改飞detroit, no other option. 这个，这个，delta因为自己单方面的原因，cancel了flight，还没有other options，it sounds so unfair to me.
今天早上打了一个小时的电话，被transfer过去transfer过来的，大部分representatives都还不知道这条线被cancel了。 我们的问题的是，如果是航空公司的问题，我们能不能ask for refund or any other options. 但是，最后得到的一个representative的答复的，除了改飞detroit, no other option. 这个，这个，delta因为自己单方面的原因，cancel了flight，还没有other options，it sounds so unfair to me.

My worst flight experience was with Delta. Once they changed the boarding gate to the other terminal at a different concourse after I checked in. By the time I found out, it was already too late. I was running through the whole airport like crazy, wearing high heels. Then guess what? in order for me to catch the next flight back home, they charged me extra $50 or $100. I was so pissed off even though the company paid for it. Ever since then, I stopped using Delta. It's such a mean company!

I called the delta customer service on Monday. My parents' flight was on 10/29. They offered an option to us: direct flight to Deroit and then to Shanghai on 10/30. The flight to Shanghai on 10/29 was sold out! They told me that there were so many ppl try to reset the tickets. So pls call them ASAP if you have a reserved flight after 9.1.

从九月开始。刚刚上网查了路线，八月三十一号还有直飞，九月一号就没了。亚特兰大附近的姐妹们注意了。

怪不得昨天我在他家网站上查机票，没有non-stop的（我想7月或8月回去，12月初回来）。
一人带个宝宝，转机又不方便。

希望只是临时取消
他家神经啊，底特律离芝加哥那么近，那需要那么多到上海的直航啊，atlanta可是这么多东南部州唯一的直航，Detla真是脑子短路了！底特律以前也有直航不是没多久也自己关掉了么，GM都破产了，难道底特律的那条直航现在倒开始赚钱啦？！当初号召广大华人签名支持他们，结果拿到航权开通一年就结束了，现在不赚钱不代表以后都不会赚啊，都没有点耐心的，这些资本家真是！气愤！

detroit的直航是以前nw的吧，nw不是跟delta合并了吗？

从我们这里飞atlanta再直飞上海，中间只有50分钟转机时间，当时就是觉得这个时间给老人转机不够，最后忍痛放弃了
没想到居然现在取消了。
