rp不够好，两次都没收到walmart的20 off50，今天收到了这个，虽然没有walmart的好，不过不限retailer

I received the email for the last promotion $20 cashback of $50 purchase at Walmart. I ordered at Walmart on 12/13/08 but I still haven't received the $20 in my paypal account.
 
I just don't trust paypal's promotion.

 虽然收到paypal的那个walmart的邀请信，但是死活不让check out，总说有credit card信息错误，不知道哪里不对，就当省钱了

我上次收到的20off50 at walmart.com 被我在最后一天用来买了张50的Gift card, 第三天就收到20的credit了。

I 符合 all the requirements. I called and email the customer service. They said if I don't receive it by 1/15/09, let them know again. :( I just out of luck.
